Recently, iCE Consulting organized a seminar “Your AI Assistant,” with the honor of having Professor James Theeranan Sirikupiriya from Insightist, an AI Transformation expert, share knowledge and introduce approaches and techniques for utilizing AI in various work areas to help increase work efficiency, including customer service.
