iCE Consulting and Summit Capital Leasing jointly organized a Project Kick Off Meeting for the design, development, and implementation of the People Experience Platform by entomo for Summit Capital Leasing Co., Ltd.
This project is part of the goal to promote human resource management, learning management, and the overall functionality and efficiency of human resources. It also supports digital transformation alongside the sustainable long-term development of human resources at Summit Capital Leasing.
entomo is a People Experience Platform aimed at creating and enhancing individual employee experiences. It works in tandem with improving employee efficiency through deep data analysis using an AI and Machine Learning-driven Augmented Analytics Engine.
Additionally, it leverages Generative AI to create core solutions that support employee development in four areas: Perform, Engage, Grow, and Learn. This enables both employees and organizations to achieve positive outcomes in the four P’s: Performance, Productivity, Passion, and Proficiency, making it suitable for use at the organizational, industrial, and national levels.
