iCE x Coupa “Key to a Modernised Procurement Function”

On 2nd September 2022 iCE Consulting and Coupa Software, the leading Business Spend Management Software from United State have jointly organised a seminar on the topic of Modernised Procurement Function.
In the session we were discussing the key considerations to modernise the procurement function to remain relevant and resilient. We were looking at where procurement is going to in the future, the role of digital platforms and touch on how integration and prediction can drive data and analytics. Also looked at the how an agile operating model ties it all together – adapting the role of procurement and foundational structure to support the CPO agenda for the future.
In addition, we were honored by a special guest from Osotspa Public Company Limited to share their experiences and challenges in Digital Procurement Transformation  by adopting the technology to increase efficiency and raising procurement to another level in the organisation during the epidemic of Covid-19.
